Faced with overwhelming waitlists and the threat of burnout in her own rheumatology practice, she increased her patient capacity by 400% over ten years by redesigning roles and workflows. Inspired by her personal experience - including her child's battle with a chronic medical condition - Dr. Teo now dedicates her career to empowering frontline healthcare workers with the modern, effective, and sustainable TEO system - a win for patients, providers, and the entire healthcare system.​​​​​​​​
